Coral islands Krapanj - Zlarin

Coral islands Krapanj - Zlarin
Island Krapanj is also famous for being the lowest island on the Mediterranean (only 1.5 m height above sea level). It is also known for its sponge manufacture in the past. Today on the island there is a church st. Križ where You can visit a small museum of sponges, corales and diving geare. Island Zlarin, nearby, is known for its rich mediterranean vegetation and the longest island waterfront in Croatia ( 101,5 m). On the island Zlarin You can visit traditional coral jewellery manufacture but first of all You will be impressed by the total relaxed atmosphere on the island. It seems there, like the time has stopped running.
